Stephen Smith - I love your articles! I think the hardest part of evolving a company from its legacy Sales Ops function to a true RevOps model is breaking down the silos between marketing, sales & service from both a technology and a leadership perspective. To implement that true holistic approach to managing the complete revenue cycle, leadership across these functions must share the vision and commit to working together. With RevOps, the whole is definitely more than the sum of its parts!
