Not a regular thought leadership post...
But an invitation to a free session on how to leverage AI to increase your productivity today
This is not a regular thought leadership piece. I’ve written several articles in this substack on the impact of AI on RevOps:

Many of you have asked me how you should start using AI today to improve your productivity.
I use ChatGPT, Bard, Bing, MidJourney, and Claude daily. I’ve put together a presentation and live demo to show you some ways to use the tools today to start having an immediate impact on your productivity. I’m going to run a number of free Zoom sessions over the next two weeks - each one is about 45 minutes. Here are the topics I’m going to be covering:
1) How to write better prompts through a framework approach to significantly improve the output you get when asking ChatGPT questions
2) How to leverage ‘custom instructions’ to customize the output you get and have ChatGPT do far more detailed analysis when answering questions
3) How the advanced data analysis (ADA) capabilities in ChatGPT can be used to analyze spreadsheets, identify trends, create charts, and automatically create PowerPoint presentations with content
4) How to leverage the text processing capabilities in Claude for analytics and different writing styles
5) How to leverage AI to instantly get key insights on current news releases, podcasts, and videos
Happy to do a brief Q&A at the end as well. If this is of interest (it’s totally free) - please sign up on one of the calendar entries below and feel free to share/invite anyone. Thanks, and I look forward to chatting.

As always, ending with a shot of Ollie. Have a great day, and I hope to see a lot of you in the sessions! The next regular post will drop early next week.
Best,
